Jazz bassist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Joël Dilley has performed or recorded with Willie Nelson, Eddie Cleanhead Vinson, Herb Ellis, Tal Farlow, Arturo Sandoval, Richie Cole, Russian classical/jazz pianist Valery Grokhovsky, and regional symphony orchestras. Compositions from his four critically-acclaimed albums have been licensed for broadcast and commercial use worldwide, including tracks on HBO, Food Network, Discovery Channel, and the Travel, Cooking, and Playboy channels. A featured guest bassist on Public Radio International's WHAD'YA KNOW and a featured composer on Texas Public Radio's CLASSICAL SPOTLIGHT, he has been a nominee and finalist in the New Age, Instrumental, and Jazz categories of the Independent Music Awards and International Songwriting Competition.
