Tim and Mike Ott were born and raised in Pelican, Louisiana. They grew up with friends and family playing music and singing on the front porch every Friday night. They were number 8 (Tim) and number 11 (Mike)of 13 children. Tim always watched his Dad play the guitar, which he still has with his many other guitars. Tim has been playing guitar since he was eight years old. He has played all over the United States with numerous bands since his early teens and has never lost his love for music and song writing.
Michael has always had a gift to write songs and he has always loved the west. He combined the love of both and his great musical talent to write western songs. Tim and Michael both shared the same love of music and founded Giddyup. Mike has also recorded another album titled "Lonesome Cowboy" and he has written a book of cowboy poetry titled "A Cowboy Soul". Their love for the o...
