It's the end of an era. Spring is upon us. With it Sync Forward reinvents itself and prepares for the following season. After twelve solid releases, and as means of celebration SF013 features a selection of our 12 favourite tracks straight from our back catalogue.
The first is a remix by the one and only Re:Axis. This was definitely a special one as incorporated the whole EP in one fantastic trimix.
Following up Paul Rodner shows why he was brought in to this project providing a naked drum groove, echoing vox FXs, with a jumpy bassline and stripped down version of the original "What You Do".
It wouldn't be a compilation without the label owners featuring in it, and "Hide Out" is undoubtedly a very special one, featuring dreamy deep chords and subtle percussive passages, displaying intricate and sophisticated details.
